Where can I find my booking?
Every confirmed booking appears in Trips, together with your booking reference, travelers and payment summary. Your confirmation email contains the same reference.
Are taxes and fees included in the prices I see?
Flight and tour prices include all taxes and fees. Stay prices on results are shown per night before taxes, and the full total including taxes is shown before you pay.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Open the booking in Trips and choose Cancel booking. Whether you receive a refund depends on the fare or rate you chose — the policy is always shown before you book and on your booking page.
What do Light, Classic and Flex fares mean?
They're fare families. Light is the cheapest with the fewest inclusions, Classic adds a checked bag and seat selection, and Flex adds free changes and a full refund.
Do I need a passport to book a flight?
You'll need the name, date of birth, nationality and passport number of every traveler. Names must match the passport exactly.
Can I book for a group?
You can book up to 9 travelers per flight and up to 8 rooms per stay online. For larger groups, contact our group desk.

Marhaba acts as an agent for airlines, accommodation providers and tour operators. Each booking is subject to the supplier's conditions, which are shown before payment. Prices are guaranteed once your booking is confirmed.
Privacy
We only share traveler details with the suppliers that need them to fulfil your booking. Card details are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider and never stored on our servers.
